Old Mountain partnered with Cortland Partners to do a complete renovation of all outdoor spaces at this premier property in Gwinnett County. We installed an entirely new paver pool deck, along with cedar wood landscape accents, new gas firepit, and outdoor kitchen area. We then constructed a new meandering paver walkway to the tennis court area as well as in the natural area along the creek in the property. Finally we renovated an existing natural rock wall, poured new concrete walkways, and installed new brick accent walls in the front of the business center. We also installed new concrete footings for the interior renovation to allow the floor plan to be opened up and revitalize a 30-year old structure. This is one of many such projects we have performed for Cortland and other commercial customers.
